Artisanal Cheese Selection

Featuring 2-3 varieties of fine cheeses from Coal River, including Triple Crème Brie, Blue Cheese, and Aged Hard Cheese. Paired perfectly with fresh honeycomb, seasonal figs, dried fruits, rhubarb relish and an assortment of crackers.

Antipasto Assortment

A rich variety of antipasto including marinated olives, smoked porterhouse, prosciutto, and Calabrese salami. Accompanied by feta-stuffed mini capsicums, dill pickles, semi-dried tomatoes.

  • Absolutely! Our chef will work closely with you to create a custom menu tailored to your event, ensuring it perfectly suits your preferences and needs. If you’d like to swap items from our grazing table, change menu options, or add specialty items such as a can of haze, we’re happy to accommodate for an additional charge. Our goal is to create the perfect menu for your occasion!

  • Of course! Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan we can look after your guests. Please get in touch via the contact form below or call us and our chef will work with you create a perfect menu

  • We cater anywhere in Tasmania! Based in the Tamar Valley, we’re happy to bring our custom food trailer to your event. For locations outside the Tamar Valley, a travel fee of $100 per hour applies.

  • Our food trailer is small and only takes up one car space. We do require 5 10 amp power to be available on site. We also offer generator for additional cost.

  • To secure your booking, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill. Full payment is then required two weeks in advance of your function.

    Should you need to cancel, please provide at least one week’s notice to receive a full refund of any additional payments made (excluding the deposit).

    If additional staff are required for your event, a fee of $70 per hour per staff member will apply.

    This policy ensures that we are fully prepared to deliver exceptional service and quality for your event.
